FLIFT Electric, LPG & pneumatic lifts

Forklift Inspection

Worn chains and forks aren't just a repair bill — they're a safety failure waiting to drop a load. We measure both to spec.

Forklift wear is measurable and regulated. Load chains stretch, fork blades thin at the heel, and a tired hydraulic system won't hold a load. We measure chain elongation and fork wear against manufacturer limits, test the mast and hydraulics, and check the power source — battery pack or LPG — so you know the lift is safe and serviceable.

What we inspect
  • Load chain elongation measured against wear limits
  • Fork blade and heel wear, plus tip alignment
  • Mast, carriage, rollers, and lift/lower function
  • Hydraulic pressures, drift, and leaks
  • Tires / wheels (cushion or pneumatic) for wear and chunking
  • Brakes, parking brake, and steering
  • Electric: battery pack, cells, controller, and charging
  • LPG: tank, regulator, and leak check
  • Hour-meter verification and service history
  • Safety equipment: horn, lights, seatbelt, overhead guard
