RV & Motorhome Inspection
Water is the silent killer of RVs. One hidden leak rots a wall from the inside — we find moisture before it finds your wallet.
An RV is a house and a vehicle, and both can hide expensive surprises. The number-one risk is water intrusion, which delaminates walls and rots floors out of sight. We moisture-map the coach, pressure-test the propane and plumbing, run every appliance, and inspect the chassis so you know the whole rig — not just the parts that look shiny.
What we inspect
- Moisture mapping of walls, roof, floor, and slide-outs
- Roof membrane, seams, and sealant condition
- Propane system: leak-down / manometer pressure test
- Appliances: fridge, furnace, water heater, A/C, stove
- Fresh, gray, and black plumbing plus pumps and tanks
- 120V shore power, 12V system, converter, and battery health
- Generator operation and load test
- Slide-out, leveling, and awning operation
- Chassis / engine diagnostics (motorized units)
- Tires: age, tread, and weight ratings

- Telescoping ladder for roof inspection
- LP gas leak detector and manometer
- 120V outlet tester and digital multimeter
- Generator load test equipment
- Borescope, inspection mirror, and LED light

- Plumbing pressure test gear
