Generator & Power Equipment Inspection

A generator only matters under load. We load-bank it, megger the windings, and verify it'll carry the work it's bought for.

A generator that idles fine can still collapse under load. We load-bank the set to verify real output, test winding insulation, and inspect the engine, fuel, and transfer system so you buy capacity you can actually count on when the power's out.

What we inspect
  • Load bank test to verify rated output under load
  • Voltage, frequency, and amperage across phases
  • Winding insulation resistance (megger test)
  • Engine condition, compression, and cooling
  • Fuel system, tank, and fuel quality
  • Automatic transfer switch operation (if applicable)
  • Control panel, alarms, and safety shutdowns
  • Connections and terminals (thermal scan)
  • Oil and coolant analysis
  • Hour-meter verification and maintenance records
