Commercial Truck & Semi Inspection

A truck that can't pass DOT can't earn. We inspect to the inspection — brakes, after-treatment, and frame — before it costs you a load.

Class 8 trucks live and die on their brakes, after-treatment, and frame. A pre-purchase inspection here doubles as a DOT readiness check: we measure brake stroke, scan the after-treatment system, and verify the truck won't strand you with an out-of-service violation the week after you buy it.

What we inspect
  • Engine & after-treatment diagnostics (DPF, DEF, regen history)
  • Air brake system: leak-down, push-rod stroke, lining thickness
  • Frame, crossmembers, and 5th wheel for cracks, rust, and repairs
  • Steering, king pins, tie rods, and front-end play
  • Drivetrain: clutch, transmission, differentials, and U-joints
  • Tires: tread, age, matching, and DOT-legal depth on all positions
  • Suspension, air bags, and ride-height systems
  • Cab, sleeper, HVAC, and electrical/lighting
  • Fluid condition and coolant/DEF quality
  • DOT-style walkaround against out-of-service criteria
